I can't guarantee you want to use it for your own window/door (is a little delicate at times because of interior muntins and surface muntins, but I haven't had it break yet), but feel free to break it apart. Probably a little more complex than you need, but this little thing handles everything from 0-X muntins, internal and surface applied. It's a mixture of visibility, count control, and arrays. You need a custom family for your window glazing if you want it to show graphically with muntin profiles, otherwise you can just use model lines in an array and make a similar stack of parameters as what is in the family below.
